Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is a great recipe I learned while living in Germany.

4 servings

Prep time: 15 Min

Cook time: 45 Min

Ingredients
4 tablespoon butter
1 cup flour
4 boneless, skinless breasts of chicken
2 eggs lightly beaten
4 very thin slices ham
2 cups bread crumbs
6 ounces swiss cheese cut into four chunks
